What We Offer

BALANCE 

This is a comprehensive full-body fusion workout that brings together three distinct fitness disciplines—yoga, ballet, and weight training—into one challenging session.

The class uses a ballet bar as a foundational tool for support and balance, but the workout itself goes far beyond traditional ballet technique. You'll move through circuits that blend strength, flexibility, and mindful movement in ways that keep your entire body engaged from start to finish.

Each session begins with a warm-up that connects you to your breath and prepares your body for movement. From there, you'll transition to the ballet bar for leg and glute work—think deep pliés, controlled leg extensions, and balance challenges that fire up your lower body while demanding core stability.

What keeps this workout fresh is that each class is structured slightly differently to keep you mentally and physically engaged. While every session targets all of the same muscle groups, the sequence and combinations shift from class to class. You might start with upper body one day and lower body the next, or incorporate different prop variations to challenge your muscles in new ways. This variety prevents boredom and keeps your body adapting, so you never feel like you're going through the motions.

The weight training component adds serious strength-building intensity. You'll incorporate dumbbells, resistance bands, or body weight for upper body exercises like shoulder presses, bicep curls, and tricep work, often performed while maintaining ballet-inspired positioning at the bar. This dual focus—holding a graceful stance while pushing your muscles with resistance—creates a unique burn.

Core work weaves throughout, sometimes on the mat with yoga-style planks and boats, other times standing at the bar with ballet leg lifts that force deep abdominal engagement. The combination demands both power and precision: you're building strength through weights, lengthening through ballet movements, and finding stability through yoga principles.

The result is a balanced workout that builds lean muscle, improves flexibility and posture, and leaves you feeling both strong and centered.

 Fusion Flow 

A beautifully personal experience because each instructor creates their own unique flow, vibe, and style—bringing their wonderful energy into every session.

This one-hour, all-levels class welcomes everyone from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Yoga is a mind-body practice that connects breath with movement, building strength, flexibility, and balance while cultivating mindfulness and inner calm. In Fusion Flow, you'll move through sequences of poses—some held, some flowing—that stretch and strengthen your entire body while encouraging you to stay present and connected to your breath.

 

Because this is an all-levels class, instructors offer modifications and variations so you can work at your own pace and comfort level. Whether you're learning your first downward dog or exploring advanced variations, you'll find options that meet you exactly where you are.

 

What makes Fusion Flow special is this freedom—each instructor designs the journey based on their own training, interests, and energy. One class might feel like a meditation in motion, another like a celebration of strength, and another like pure creative expression. You're not just taking yoga; you're experiencing each teacher's unique artistry and presence.

All mats and props are provided for your convenience, though you're welcome to bring your own if you wish. Come with an open mind, and prepare to discover something different—and equally wonderful—with each instructor you meet.

Hot Fusion Power 

An exhilarating sculpt yoga class that turns up the heat—literally and figuratively—combining yoga flows with strength training and cardio bursts for a total-body transformation.

 

This dynamic, heated class fuses the mindfulness of yoga with the intensity of a full workout. You'll move through powerful vinyasa sequences that build heat and flexibility, then amp things up with strength-building exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight. Just when your muscles are burning, expect cardio intervals—jump squats, mountain climbers, or high knees—that spike your heart rate and torch calories.

The heat amplifies everything: your muscles warm up faster, allowing for deeper stretches and increased flexibility, while the added challenge of the temperature pushes your cardiovascular endurance and helps you sweat out toxins. You'll flow, lift, pulse, and power through circuits that sculpt lean muscle while keeping your breath and intention at the center.

This class is designed for those ready to challenge themselves, though modifications are offered to make movements accessible. Whether you're building strength, improving endurance, or seeking a workout that engages both body and mind, Hot Fusion Power delivers an empowering, full-throttle experience.

All mats and props are provided, though you're welcome to bring your own. Don't forget to bring water and a towel—you'll definitely need them!

During my time in Los Angeles, I discovered my passion for barre fitness, which significantly influenced my decision to return to my hometown and share my expertise with the community. After obtaining my certification, I have been fortunate to teach classes that genuinely inspire and empower individuals on their personal fitness journeys., I also achieved my Yoga certification and I am excited to introduce a powerful combination of Yoga, Sculpt, and barre fitness at Fusion Fitness. My primary mission is to create a fun, exclusive, and supportive environment where all participants feel welcome. I invite you to join me on this transformative journey toward wellness and fitness as we work together to achieve our goals.

Studio Policies

Late Cancel/ No show 

Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance, adhering to a 12-hour cancellation policy to ensure availability for all participants. Please note that no-shows or late cancellations may result in deductions from your class card or a $20 charge to your account.

WAITLIST

Join our waitlist to secure a spot in your desired class, with the flexibility to remove yourself up to 12 hours before the start time. Please note that once you're added from the waitlist, late cancel and no-show fees may apply. Take control of your schedule by managing your waitlist status directly from your account. At FUSION, we prioritize accountability and commitment to our classes, ensuring a seamless fitness experience for all our clients.
